Natalie has vast experience in the welfare to work sector, managing teams who support those with mental and physical health difficulties to move into employment. She previously worked in the health and nutrition industry whilst living in the USA.  She has provided CBT counselling and group work within the welfare to work sector, in a local private practice, community groups as well as to various UK University students online. As a CBT therapist, she will help you explore how what you think and do affects the way you feel. She will support you to set your own goals and help to achieve those goals through positive change in your mental wellbeing, to increase your coping mechanisms and find ways to manage and overcome the challenges you are facing.
