Dawn Ritchie
Money Adviser
Dawn joined the University in December 2006, working within Student Services and then working within the ASC as Manager. Dawn then moved to Trainee Money Adviser in May 2022. Dawn has always worked within a financial setting background in all aspects of her work.
Dawn disburses funds from the university Discretionary fund, Accommodation fund, and Welfare funds and can arrange a University loan for you if you are facing delays with receiving your money or having temporary cash flow difficulties.
Having older children helps Dawn to have a better understanding of how to help students when they are stressed, lonely, need encouragement, or just someone who will listen. Dawn is dedicated to Crossfit and running and has always been a bit of a sporty person which would also include teaching Zumba classes, Personal Training and is a black belt in Judo
