Critical Responder

Ali has worked for Student Services as a Critical Responder since the role’s creation in October 2019. Ali works the night shift which starts at 8pm until 4am, which she really enjoys.

This role has evolved over the years with the primary focus to provide triage, welfare support and ongoing referral and signposting to students presenting with a wide range of issues outside daytime hours.

Ali enjoys working these hours as it gives her a lot of time to spend in her garden or with her family and is also very interested in art and drawing.
