Longitudinal CROS and PIRLS Review
In 2020 the University's HR Excellence Working Group commissioned a Longitudinal Review of CROS & PIRLS with a view to comparing the experiences of researchers and those who support them, over an extended period. The report is linked to the HR Excellence in Research Award which evidences the University's alignment with the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers and will be published within the Award renewal period, 2020-2022. A short case study (excerpt from the review) is provided alongside the HR Excellence action plans.
The CROS gathers data regarding working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff in UK Higher Education.
