Entrance fees to fundraising events

Exempt from VAT providing:-

• The event is organised for the benefit of the University and not another charity
• Must be fewer than 15 events in a rolling twelve month period
• Accommodation should not be provided as part of the event

If more than 15 events are held then all events become standard rated.

The administration of the 15 events is arranged by the Development office so please contact them if you are planning to arrange a fundraising event.
