Staff disability policy
We are seeking feedback on our staff disability policy, to ensure it serves the needs of disabled staff, line managers, and those staff who provide support.
The policy covers physical disabilities, learning differences, neurodiversity, mental health, and long term/chronic health conditions. We welcome feedback from disabled and non-disabled staff, as well as others with lived, professional or academic knowledge and experience around disability.
The consultation will run until Tuesday 15 November 2024, allowing us to update the policy and underpinning processes in Semester 2, 2024-2025.
