Accommodation for undergraduate students
The University of St Andrews offers accommodation specifically for undergraduate students.
Prospective undergraduate students can apply for University accommodation 48 hours after receiving and accepting their conditional, unconditional or insurance offer to study and paying their pre-payment (if applicable).
Applications and accommodation guarantee
Students can apply online from 1 March by completing an accommodation application form. An accommodation guarantee is available for eligible first-year undergraduates.
Self-catered standard
In self-catered standard accommodation, you will share kitchen and shower room facilities with other residents.
Single room with a large single bed in a five-bedroom apartment with shared kitchen and shower room.

Students in self-catered en suite accommodation have a private shower room, as well as access to a shared kitchen.
